Full charge includes but is not limited to overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks (aka: receiving payments and paying bills), sales tax preparation and filing, bank and credit card statement reconciliation, closing the period, and preparing financial statements. This service is customizable to your specific needs, you can add or remove services included as you see fit. This will be discussed in your initial consultation and pricing will be determined based upon scope of work.
Write-up service consists of organizing incoming and outgoing financial data after the fact and preparing financial statements. For this service, you send or give access to your financial transactions and I organize your income and expenses properly. This service is also customizable to your needs and can use a spreadsheet method or Quickbooks file for organization. Pricing is determined by the quantity of transactions and what financial documents you wish to have created. We offer specials on year end write up services if you are panicking at tax time, just ask!
